Great Sign company! I have purchased 2 signs in the past year for my retail storefronts. They did a fantastic job and the turnaround time was fast. After working with them, I realized I had been overpaying for low quality work from my previous sign company. They do high quality work at a solid price. Whenever you contact a sign company to undertake a sign repair job, there are a few things to find out. First, meet with a representative from the sign company and see, first hand, if you like the chemistry. The sign company should be eager to answer all of your questions with specific answers and not generalities.
Make sure you get a full understanding of their past experience, any references they may have, and what their process is like. The sign company should review the sign, secure the area around the sign, and be able to get all permits. They should be fully licensed and insured. You should also ask about timelines, deadlines, and due dates and what happens if the timeline is not met. Finally, have a 100% understanding of the costs. Ask questions such as, what is the up-front costs, what is the final cost, and are their any charges that could happen if this and that occurs. The sign company should be more than happy to answer all of these questions. If they do not, that is a red flag and you should move on to another sign company.
